Scope of Services

Connexa Pakistan is a performance-driven telecom outsourcing partner headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, serving global markets. We provide enterprise-level support solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Inbound customer support

  • Outbound sales and retention campaigns

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support

  • Multichannel support (Voice, Chat, Email)

  • Back-office operations

  • Telecom and enterprise support services

All services are delivered under SLA-driven models with measurable KPIs and structured campaign frameworks. Specific deliverables, timelines, service levels, and pricing will be defined in written agreements, proposals, or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Connexa Pakistan and the client.

Use of Website

Users agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Violate applicable local or international laws

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or networks

  • Disrupt website functionality or infrastructure

  • Transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content

Connexa Pakistan reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete operational information

  • Share timely campaign details, access credentials, and documentation

  • Cooperate to ensure SLA adherence and service delivery

  • Use services in compliance with applicable telecom and data protection regulations

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared credentials and account access

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of coordination may impact project timelines and performance metrics.

Payments and Billing

Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in formal agreements or approved proposals. Unless otherwise specified:

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

  • Payments must be made within agreed timelines

  • Advance payments may be required prior to commencement of services

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once operations have commenced

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

Connexa Pakistan reserves the right to revise pricing with prior written notice where applicable.

Service Levels & Performance

Connexa Pakistan operates under structured KPIs and SLA-driven delivery models. While we commit to performance excellence and operational efficiency, service outcomes may be influenced by client-provided data quality, system integrations, market conditions, and campaign variables.

Performance targets, quality benchmarks, and reporting structures are defined in client agreements.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, campaign structures, training frameworks, reporting systems, tools, and operational models remain the exclusive property of Connexa Pakistan.

Upon full payment, clients receive agreed usage rights to deliverables specifically developed for their services, subject to contractual terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, business, customer, and technical information exchanged during engagement.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

Data Protection & Security

Connexa Pakistan operates within secure, enterprise-grade environments and adheres to international operational standards.

For inbound, outbound, technical, and back-office campaigns, client and customer data is processed strictly on behalf of the client and in accordance with contractual obligations.

We implement structured access controls, monitoring protocols, and secure infrastructure to protect sensitive information.

Third-Party Systems & Integrations

Certain services may involve third-party CRM systems, telecom platforms, or client-owned tools. Connexa Pakistan is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party systems but will provide reasonable operational support where agreed.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in the applicable agreement.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments become immediately due

  • Access to systems and operational resources may be revoked

  • Active services may be suspended

  • Confidentiality and data protection obligations remain in effect
Limitation of Liability

Connexa Pakistan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, except as explicitly stated in formal agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in a client contract.

Force Majeure

Connexa Pakistan shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power or internet outages, strikes, or government actions and restrictions.

Revisions & Updates

Connexa Pakistan reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
